Vermut & Soul 2026: Barcelona's vermouth fair by the sea at Port Olímpic

Vermut & Soul 2026 at Port Olímpic, 6 to 8 November: opening times, ticket prices, vermouth brands, free tastings, live music and catamaran trips.

🇪🇸 Leer en español Llegeix-lo en català

This weekend, from 6 to 8 November, Port Olímpic becomes Barcelona’s biggest vermouth terrace. Vermut & Soul celebrates its 12th edition with vermouths from different producers, tapas, tastings, workshops and live music by the sea: soul, jazz, Catalan rumba and pop, plus open-air DJ sets.

It works just as well with friends as it does as a couple: you arrive, choose how you want your vermouth and stay until the sun goes down.

What is it? An open-air vermouth fair with Catalan and Spanish brands, tapas and concerts.

Why go? It’s the weekend’s aperitif plan, with the sea in front of you and free tastings if you get there early.

Vermut & Soul 2026 opening times

  • Friday 6 November: 5 pm to 10:45 pm.
  • Saturday 7 November: 11 am to 4 pm and 5 pm to 10:30 pm.
  • Sunday 8 November: 11 am to 3:30 pm and 4:30 pm to 8:30 pm.

Note the midday break on Saturday and Sunday: if you’re going for a classic pre-lunch vermouth, get there before 1 pm to find a spot.

Tickets and prices

General admission gets you into the fair, the concerts and the DJ sets, and costs €11 to €13 at the door. It’s slightly cheaper online, where you choose your day and time slot. There are also packs so you don’t have to order everything separately:

  • Gastro Vermut, with a special tapa from one of the fair’s restaurants.
  • Vermuteo and Trío de vermuts, with tapas and drinks.

If you already have a ticket, you can upgrade to another pack by paying the difference.

Which vermouth brands are there

This year’s producers include Dos Déus, Vermut Antich, Padró & Co., Vermut Siderit, Deluna (Bodegas Bellod), Espinaler, Raimut, Vermujito, Vallformosa, Murcarols, Medusa and l’Hostia.

The free tastings are from Dos Déus, Antich, Padró & Co. and Medusa. Places are limited and you book them at the fair’s information point, so that’s the first place I’d head to.

Activities worth doing

  • La Cata del Tesoro, from 6:30 pm: an escape-style game around the fair where you taste 6 vermouths to rebuild a work inspired by Gaudí. The first three to finish win a prize.
  • Speed Vermouth, from 8 pm: taste 4 vermouths and take a test that reveals your “vermouth personality”.
  • Catamaran trips: 90-minute sailings along the coast with music and a drink on board. There are only 5 sailings all weekend, and the sunset one leaves at 4 pm, so book early.

All three include general admission and are bought separately on the website.

Friday’s music

Friday opens with DJ Lola Van Truck, who plays from a 1974 Volkswagen T2 van turned DJ booth (5 pm to 10:30 pm). At 7 pm the duo Xènia i Marc play live covers made for singing along, and from 9 pm to 10:30 pm DJ Fer Island closes with soul, funk, disco and house. The Saturday and Sunday line-up is on the fair’s website.
