If tiramisu is your dessert, this Thursday evening is sorted. Valentina e Pasqualina, the handmade Italian tiramisu brand, opens its Eixample shop for a short Italian-style dinner that ends with three tiramisus and four wines on the table.
It is a different midweek plan, and with groups of 12 people at most, it fills up fast.

What the experience includes
It starts savoury and ends with dessert, like a good Italian dinner:

- Guided tasting of 3 house tiramisus.

- An explanation of how each tiramisu is made and why each wine was chosen.
During the tasting they tell the story of tiramisu, its secrets and how each wine brings out different notes in each version. It is an unhurried plan, for going alone, as a couple or with friends.
Who is Valentina e Pasqualina
It is a Barcelona brand of handmade Italian tiramisu. As well as selling tiramisu in the shop and online, they run tastings, events and catering and supply restaurants. The tastings take place in their new shop on Carrer de Provença, in the Eixample.
How to book
Book from the experience page with the “Agenda tu hora” button, where you choose the 15 October date. They say only the last places are left, so I would not leave it until the last minute.
